We are in the process of drafting new guidance for service users about Transport and Travel. We will publish it here when it has been completed.
The guidance will explain how the Equality Act 2010 applies to if you are using transport or travel services as a member of the public. That means as an ordinary or disabled passenger, customer or service user.
The guidance will make clear where the Equality Act contains specific provisions for Transport and travel or makes exceptions to the law that may apply to Transport or travel situations.
