Commission launches the second of three phases of the consultation to develop our next three-year strategic plan

This new legislation came into force in October 2010. Find guidance, Codes of Practice and consultations
In November 2011, the Commission published the findings and recommendations of its Inquiry into human trafficking in Scotland.
In March 2013, a Follow On Report was published, looking at how far those bodies who deal with trafficking had met the recommendations and where attention was still needed.
