The event will tell you all you need to know about the ban on age discrimination in services, which came into effect on 1st October 2012. It will also look at how to take a good practice approach, so that the ban drives improvements in services, in particular for older people.
You will have the opportunity to hear from a range of high profile speakers including strategic policy makers, as well as participating in workshops looking at the practical approaches to implementing the ban.
