Commissioners' interests

In the interest of transparency and accountability, Commissioners are required to provide information, on a Register of Interest form, of any relevant interests or material benefit received that are capable of causing conflict of interest. Relevant interest is an interest or other involvement whether financial or otherwise, which a Commissioner or a close relative has in any organisation or with any individual that has business dealings with the Commission.

Each Commissioner is responsible for keeping his or her entries in the register up to date.

Commissioners are also required to declare any gifts or hospitality they receive while on Commission business.
