The Equality Act came into force on 1 October 10. Some of the information on this page may be out of date.

These checklists provide a brief list of rights and actions for employers managing pregnant mums, fathers, adopting parents and same sex parents. A calendar lists what you and your employee should do during pregnancy and when. You can also get clarity on the rights of parents undergoing fertility treatment.
