Comparing access to and amounts received of each element of pay for men and women doing equal work
You may pay your employees additional payments above basic pay - for example, bonus payments, working time payments, or benefits such as private health insurance and cars. For each of these elements of pay received by men or women doing equal work you should calculate:
1. The proportion of men and women who receive this element.
2. The average amount of each pay element received by men and women and the gap between them.
