Clearkit: recruiting and retaining disabled talent

The Disability Clearkit has been developed in association with the DWP and following research with a large number of leading employers to address the barriers that employers face when recruiting disabled talent. Clearkit aims to inspire, educate and empower organisations to adopt best practice principles when recruiting.

Ethnic Minority Employment Data Portal

The Ethnic Minority Employment Task Force have created an online resource where local government, partnerships and employers can find the best available sources of data on ethnic minority people in the UK. The Ethnic Minority Employment Data Portal will help to make data sets more accessible for SMEs as well as skills and employment practitioners in the future.
