We run an advice line to support Trade Union Reps, Citizens Advice Bureaux and employment/discrimination rights advisers working for non-profit making organisations who are dealing with individual cases concerning Sex Discrimination (including transgender and equal pay), Sexual Orientation Discrimination, Age Discrimination, Disability Discrimination, Race Discrimination and Religion and/or Belief Discrimination.
The Specialist Advice Line is staffed by Legal Casework and Litigation Officers who provide a specialised advisory service to representatives and advisers on legal claims.

The Advice Line is open Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 9.30am - 12.30pm, and is staffed by members of the Wales Legal Team. We do not offer a legal opinion, we offer advice based on current legislation.
