The organisations below can help young people with advice, support and guidance.

Equality and Human Rights Commission

You can contact our helpline for free, confidential and independent advice about equality, inequality, discrimination or human rights.

National Union of Students (NUS)

If you're at college or university, contact your local students' union for advice and information.

UK Youth

UK Youth is a youth work charity helping young people raise their aspirations, realise their potential and have their achievements recognised.

Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB)

The Citizens Advice service helps people resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing free, independent and confidential advice.

Provides fact sheets and articles on all the key issues facing young people including: sex and relationships; drinking and drugs; work and study; housing, legal and finances; and health and wellbeing.
