Following recommendations from 'Hidden in plain sight' we have worked on an amendment to the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Bill with Kate Green MP and with the support of Paul Maynard MP, relating to sentencing guidelines.
As part of the Disability Harassment Inquiry we examined ten very serious cases in which disabled people have died or been seriously injured.
