Equality and Human Rights Commission

In March 2008 the Joint Committee on Human Rights (JCHR) published its report 'A Life  like any Other? Human Rights of Adults with Learning Disabilities'.  The Commission's responded to that report, saying what we will do to help make sure the human rights of people with a learning disability are fully protected and promoted.
