The Office of the High Commissioner on Human Rights
The Office of the High Commissioner on Human Rights has a mandate to:
- support human rights institutions and governments in human rights work
- monitor and benchmark human rights practice
- mainstream human rights throughout the work of the United Nations, and
- implement human rights on the ground.
