Creating a fairer Britain
The Commission welcomes the youth crime action plan and its message that in order to build fair and prosperous communities within our society we need to ensure that everyone has respect for and obeys the law. We are pleased that the plan recognises the broad, societal causes of crime, and that some of its proposals are designed to begin to address these causes.
