Equality and Human Rights Commission

The Commission is now in the third phase of its Financial Services Inquiry. This Inquiry is investigating the nature and causes of gender inequalities and discrimination in financial organisations.

The Commission is working with a range of stakeholders to identify solutions. We are keen to hear from women working in the finance sector and would like them to share their experiences by undertaking a survey.

Your involvement will help the Commission better understand the barriers to women’s equality and to help us to develop solutions and good practice recommendations for the Industry.

The survey is strictly anonymous and confidential. The information gathered will be used to inform the final Inquiry publication in 2010.
