Research Report 64: Prevention and response to identity-based bullying among local authorities in England, Scotland and Wales
This report found that bullying based on student's identities remains a widespread problem and is limiting the achievements of those who are bullied. Efforts to tackle the problem vary between local authorities and for different types of prejudice related bullying.

The provision of advocacy forms an increasingly important part of the social care agenda, particularly in relation to personalised care. Its availability, though, varies by locality. The purpose of this study was to fill this gap and assess the extent to which existing advocacy provision is available to people in the protected groups in Great Britain.

The aim of this research report is to provide an update to the 2009 briefing paper 'Gypsies and Travellers: simple solutions for living together.' This report is based on data collected between January and March 2010. The details of current site provision, and plans to develop further sites, may have changed slightly since then. Nevertheless, it does provide a recent update on site provision for Gypsies and Travellers and the challenges that need to be addressed.

Research report 70: The equality duties and schools
The Commission has launched a first of its kind report looking at the action taken by schools in England and Wales under the race, disability and gender equality duties, which were superseded on 5 April this year by the new Public Sector Equality Duty. The research which was carried out by Ipsos MORI, contains evidence from schools about the impact that the equality duties have had on improving pupil outcomes.
