Creating a fairer Britain
The following case studies are part of the Commisions ‘Capturing the Gains’ program of work that took place in 2008-2009. These case studies illustrate how organisations had implemented the former public sector duties effectively. However the case studies are still useful in demonstrating some of the components of the new Public Sector Equality Duty (2011), which is now in force, including impact assessment and outcome focus.
