This set of Equality Exchange Regional events built on the specific duties workshops held in September.
The day aimed to enable members to feel confident in delivering the specific duties and in using them to achieve positive outcomes.
In September members discussed and looked in depth at setting equality objectives, engagement and gathering relevant information. These events looked at the duties covering gender pay difference, training and publication requirements.
The day was a mix of guidance, advice and members sharing information and experience about their progress in relation to the duties. Key themes and feedback will be shared with the wider network in the near future.
