This page sets out the Commission's approach to the public sector equality duty in Wales and our work with partners to make the most of this powerful new opportunity to promote equality.
The duty will assist public authorities to address inequalities and contribute towards a fairer society. The Commission in Wales is helping public authorities to use the duty as a way of achieving better outcomes for everyone.
