Meet human rights defenders

This year the UN calls on us to celebrate human rights defenders who act to end discrimination.

These individuals can be found in our local communities, our hospitals and working across Britain's many charities.

We have spoken to some of them to find out how human rights help them make a difference in the lives of the people they serve.

Watch video clips.
