The report reveals evidence of the widespread mistreatment and exploitation of migrant and agency workers in the sector, and makes recommendations to the key bodies  which we believe will encourage a systemic change in behaviour.

We investigated human trafficking in Scotland, predominantly for commercial sexual exploitation, but also found forced labour, domestic servitude and victims being forced to commit crime.

Our inquiry into the protection and promotion of human rights of older people in England who require or receive home-based care and support found that although many older people receive care at home which respects and enhances their human rights, this is by no means a universal experience.
