    In response to the Employment Appeal Tribunal decision in the case of Jane Cordell and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office,Mike Smith, Commissioner and Chair of the Disability Committee, said: 'The Commission supported the case of Jane Cordell because we know how important it is that reasonable adjustments are provided to allow disabled people to participate fully in the workforce and realise their potential.'
