Equality, Human Rights and Constitutional Reform in Scotland

As part of our current project on constitutional reform in Scotland, we have published research which sets out the current arrangements for the promotion and protection of equality and human rights in Scotland and across the UK, considers a range of international examples, and sets out a number of key questions which should be addressed regardless of Scotland’s future constitutional path.

Please note that the opinions expressed in the report are the authors’ own, and do not necessarily reflect those of the Equality and Human Rights Commission.
