Modern Slavery Bill Briefing on amendment 99A published in the Second Marshalled List of Amendments

This briefing supports an amendment to Clause 52 of the Bill which would improve the protections in the Bill by providing a more comprehensive means of securing transparency in supply chains. The amendment would give the Equality and Human Rights Commission, amongst others, an enforcement role.
