Our business plan sets out our aims and the projects we will work on for 2020 to 2021.
This plan covers the second year of our 2019 to 2022 strategic plan.
It explains what we will do and what we want to achieve relating to work, transport, access to justice, education, institutions and our core aim.
Our core aim is that strong equality and human rights laws protect people and data shows what is happening to people in practice.
We updated our plan in November 2020 to include work that we're doing in response to the coronavirus pandemic.
This includes:
- a new race strategy and programme that cuts across our aims
- new work on social care
We will continue to review our business plan on a regular basis to help us respond to the changing external environment.
