This independent audit was completed by consulting firm Korn Ferry.

Equal pay means that men and women working for the same employer, performing equal work, must receive equal pay unless any difference in pay can be justified.

An equal pay audit compares the pay of men and women doing equal work in an organisation to identify any differences in pay and investigate the causes.
