The Equality and Human Rights Commission works to improve the lives of the people of Scotland.
This annual report of our work undertaken in from April 2019 to March 2020 shows how seriously we take our mandate to ensure that equality and human rights are a reality for everyone in Scotland both now and in future years.
Our achievements have included:

We have engaged individuals and communities across Scotland, ensuring we represent and understand the issues that affect many people and prevent fair and equal access to opportunity and human rights.
